Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Returns
Our orders of samples ship with USPS from our showroom in Florida.
Free shipping on orders of wallpaper rolls over $150. $45 shipping rate on roll orders under $150. We use UPS, FedEx and DHL for all wallpaper roll orders.
Within the US: Regular, estimated lead time (from order to delivery) is 6-8 business days on orders of regular wallpaper rolls. The lead time for our customized wallpaper is 10-12 business days.
Orders to Canada: We need to add 5-6 business days to the regular lead time according to above as we need to ship the orders to our showroom in Florida before shipping to our clients in Canada. Any fees for customs and duties will be added at check out.
Standard products purchased through Scandinavian Wallpaper may be returned for any reason within 45 days from your original purchase from our website. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to wallpaper returns. Return shipments must be made in appropriate packaging and at customer's expense. Once the returned wallpaper has been verified in good condition a credit will be issued. Wallpaper samples may not be returned for any reason. Contact us at cs@scandinavianwallpaper.com with your return request.
You have no right to return a product made to your specifications or that is clearly personalized. As a general rule, all of our photo-walls/murals are made to our customer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
