Scandinavian Wallpaper is operated by EZ by Florens LLC, doing business as Scandinavian Wallpaper, a Florida limited liability company (“Scandinavian Wallpaper,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.

Scandinavian Wallpaper is a U.S.-based retailer of wallpaper, wallpaper murals, samples, and related products.

Our showroom is located in Sarasota, Florida, and we serve customers throughout the United States.

2. Use of Our Website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Orders

Orders may be placed securely through scandinavianwallpaper.com. All orders are subject to payment authorization, product availability, and acceptance by Scandinavian Wallpaper.

Products placed in your shopping cart are not reserved until your order has been completed and payment has been successfully processed.

Many of our wallpapers are sourced directly from our manufacturers in Sweden. Although we make every effort to maintain accurate product and availability information, inventory can change quickly and an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If a product you ordered is unavailable or has been discontinued, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. If we cannot fulfill the order and no acceptable alternative is agreed upon, the affected item or order will be canceled and refunded.

4. Acceptance of Your Order

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This email is an order acknowledgment and does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted or submitted for production.

Orders are subject to payment authorization, product availability, shipping restrictions, and our ability to fulfill the order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Payment authorization problems
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Product unavailability or discontinuation
• Shipping restrictions
• Errors in an order
• Circumstances that prevent us or our suppliers from reasonably fulfilling the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Pricing & Availability

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, availability, and prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we may contact you and give you the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the affected item or order for a refund.

We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, product descriptions, specifications, availability, and other website information.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

If a product becomes unavailable, is discontinued, or cannot reasonably be obtained from the manufacturer after an order has been placed, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for the affected product if we are unable to fulfill the order.

6. Product Information, Images & Colors

We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate product photographs, descriptions, specifications, measurements, and other information.

However, wallpaper colors may appear differently depending on your computer or mobile device, screen settings, lighting conditions, surrounding colors, and other factors.

For this reason, we strongly recommend ordering a physical wallpaper sample before purchasing wallpaper rolls whenever possible.

Product photographs are intended to represent the product as accurately as reasonably possible but cannot guarantee an exact representation of color, scale, texture, or appearance in every environment.

A difference between the appearance of a color on a screen and the physical wallpaper is not, by itself, considered a product defect.

7. Wallpaper Batches

Wallpaper is manufactured in production batches. Slight variations in color can occur between different batches.

For the best possible color match, all wallpaper used on the same installation should have matching batch numbers.

We strongly recommend ordering enough wallpaper to complete your entire project at the same time.

If additional wallpaper is required later, we will make reasonable efforts to locate the same batch when requested, but matching batches cannot be guaranteed.

8. Measurements & Wallpaper Quantities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate wall measurements and ordering an appropriate quantity of wallpaper for their project.

Our website may provide calculators, measurement guidance, recommendations, or assistance to help determine the amount of wallpaper required. These tools and recommendations are provided as guidance and depend upon the accuracy of the information supplied by the customer.

Pattern repeats, pattern matching, wall dimensions, installation methods, openings, and other factors may affect the amount of wallpaper required.

Scandinavian Wallpaper is not responsible for shortages resulting from incorrect measurements or information supplied by the customer.

9. Custom & Made-to-Measure Products

Certain products, including many of our custom-printed and made-to-measure wallpaper murals, are produced specifically for an individual customer.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all measurements, dimensions, design previews, scaling, placement, and other specifications before approving a custom order.

Once a custom order has been approved and submitted for production, it cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded, except where required by applicable law or in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect or error for which Scandinavian Wallpaper or the manufacturer is responsible.

Scandinavian Wallpaper is not responsible for incorrect measurements or specifications supplied or approved by the customer.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods, charges, estimated delivery times, customs information, and other delivery terms are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

International shipments from our manufacturers may be subject to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please review our Shipping & Returns Policy for current shipping information before placing an order.

11. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for returns, applicable restocking fees, return shipping responsibilities, exclusions, damaged products, and refund procedures are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-measure products are generally non-returnable.

By placing an order, you agree to the return conditions applicable to the product purchased.

12. Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly, and many wallpaper orders are electronically transmitted to our manufacturers shortly after being received.

If you wish to cancel a standard wallpaper order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once it has been processed or submitted to the manufacturer.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-measure products cannot be canceled once approved and submitted for production.

13. Inspection Before Installation

Customers should inspect all wallpaper before cutting, pasting, or installing it.

Before beginning installation, please verify:

• The wallpaper design and color
• The quantity received
• The roll dimensions where applicable
• Matching batch numbers for rolls being installed together
• The condition of the wallpaper
• Any visible manufacturing defects

If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please stop and contact us before cutting or installing the wallpaper.

We recommend keeping all wallpaper labels until installation has been completed.

14. Installation & Wall Conditions

Proper wall preparation, adhesive selection, and installation are the responsibility of the customer and/or installer.

Wall surfaces and conditions vary considerably. Customers are responsible for determining whether their wall surface is suitable for wallpaper installation and for using appropriate preparation methods and adhesives.

Scandinavian Wallpaper is not responsible for damage or problems resulting from incorrect measurements, unsuitable wall surfaces, improper wall preparation, incorrect adhesive, failure to follow installation instructions, or improper installation.

If you are unsure about installation, we recommend consulting a professional wallpaper installer.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the content of this website—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, page designs, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Scandinavian Wallpaper and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Wallpaper designs, product images, trademarks, brand names, and other materials belonging to our manufacturers, designers, and suppliers remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit, or otherwise use protected website content without permission from the applicable rights holder.

Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

These links are provided for convenience or additional information. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, or terms.

Scandinavian Wallpaper is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, incorrect customer-provided measurements or specifications, unsuitable wall conditions, improper installation, incorrect adhesive, or failure to follow applicable product or installation instructions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZ by Florens LLC d/b/a Scandinavian Wallpaper, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of another person or entity.

This provision does not require you to indemnify Scandinavian Wallpaper for claims resulting from our own negligence or unlawful conduct.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations when caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
