Returns and Cancellation

Standard products purchased through Scandinavian Wallpaper may be returned for any reason within 45 days from your original purchase from our website. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to wallpaper returns. Return shipments must be made in appropriate packaging and at customer's expense. Once the returned wallpaper has been verified in good condition a credit will be issued.  Wallpaper samples may not be returned for any reason. You have no right to return a product made to your specifications or that is clearly personalized. As a general rule, all of our photo-walls/murals are made to our customer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

Most orders are processed electronically in a timely fashion, so should you wish to cancel, please do so within 12 hours of placing your order. Even then, we may not be able to cancel your order if it has already been processed but we will make every effort do to so.

In case of complaint

All items must be returned unused and in their original condition. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your returned merchandise in good condition.
